7-Day Return Policy
You may return the vehicle within 7 calendar days of delivery or pickup for a full refund, provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition as received. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns must be initiated by contacting our support team within the 7-day window. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after the vehicle is received and inspected.
By purchasing a vehicle from our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. VEHICLE CONDITION: All vehicles are sold "AS-IS" without any warranty, express or implied. The buyer acknowledges that repossessed vehicles may have mechanical, cosmetic, or other issues.
2. IDENTIFICATION VERIFICATION: Buyers must provide a valid government-issued photo identification (Driver's License) to complete any purchase. This is required by law and for fraud prevention.
3. PAYMENT TERMS: Full payment is due upon invoice generation. Payment must be received within 24 hours of invoice issuance. This payment window is strictly enforced in order to maintain inventory accuracy, transactional fairness, and operational efficiency.
4. CANCELLATION AND VOIDING OF INVOICE: If full payment is not received within the 24-hour payment period, the transaction will be automatically canceled without further notice, and the invoice will be deemed null and void. The vehicle may then be made available again for purchase by other interested parties.
5. TITLE TRANSFER: Vehicle titles will be transferred to the buyer upon receipt of full payment. Title transfer processing may take 15-30 business days.
6. PICKUP/DELIVERY: For in-person pickup, please allow 3-4 business days after payment is confirmed for us to complete all paperwork and release the title. For shipping, we will contact you with a shipping cost estimate. Buyers are responsible for arranging vehicle pickup or delivery within 14 days of payment confirmation. Storage fees may apply after this period.

10. PRIVACY: Personal information and identification documents are collected solely for transaction verification and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. LIABILITY: The company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to the purchase or use of any vehicle.
12. GOVERNING LAW: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
